Guaranteed response times

Whenever one of our valued customers places a supplies order, or in the unlikely event that they require a service technician to attend to their machine at their premises, their request is dealt with speedily and efficiently by our state of the art Customer Services department on 0870 168 0828. We are aware that in today's business environment our customers demand high quality, fast, efficient service. We guarantee a 12 hours service response (dependent upon model and postcode), and for deliveries either 2 or 3 working days (dependent upon postcode).

Should we fail to meet our response times as detailed above we will pay you compensation!
